Dedicated Pitt Meadows collaborative space for new families to find community, connection and support.
After 4+ incredible years, Bellies Community Space will be closing its doors on April 30.
This space has meant so much—to us, and to so many of you. It’s been a place for connection, support, learning, and care through one of life’s biggest transitions. We are so grateful to every single person and family who has walked through these doors, taken a class, shared a moment, or been part of this community. We hope we made a difference in your parenthood journey.
But this isn’t goodbye—it’s an evolution.
Starting May 1, the space will be taken over by Solace, led by Shannon Berrow, RMT, who has been part of Bellies since the very beginning. There is truly no one better to carry this forward.
Solace will continue the heart of what Bellies created—supporting the perinatal period—while expanding to support families, teens, and women through all stages of life.
✨ Same mission
✨ Same care
✨ Expanded offerings & community
You’ll still find:
– Prenatal & mom + baby yoga
– Workshops & community events
– Support for growing families
And even more to come.
As for Bellies—our products aren’t going anywhere. Due to the recent US tariffs, our business has been significantly impacted, and this shift allows us to restructure so that Bellies products can continue to be available long-term.
Bellies will remain in Pitt Meadows, just without the community space.
We’re so proud of what was built here—and so excited to see it continue to grow under Solace.
Please continue to support this space, this mission, and Shannon as she steps into this next chapter 💛
If you’re a practitioner looking for a beautiful, aligned space to work from—Solace will be welcoming new team members. Reach out to Shannon to learn more.
With so much gratitude,
Samantha and the bellies community

our philosophyWe believe that pregnancy, birth and postpartum was never meant to be done alone. We know that when families have access to support and education in an atmosphere that celebrates their unique needs, they experience better outcomes both physically and emotionally. When families can build strong communities, everyone wins. |
bellies community space is located in the heart of beautiful Pitt Meadows, BC.We acknowledge the privilege we have to be living and working on the unceded traditional lands of the Katzie First Nation.
