If you are feeling overwhelmed, confused or disconnected with all these first steps to take now that you got that positive test, this is the workshop for you. 

Join experienced doula and mother Samantha Garcia Gagnon for this two hour workshop and learn about your options and important first steps towards a healthy powerful pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This class is geared towards families in their first trimester of pregnancy or trying to conceive.

- Building on a supportive team
- Keeping your partner involved and connected

- Optimizing your health throughout your pregnancy
