GirlStory Empowerment Workshop Series is designed to help young girls step into their power, discover their unique voice, and build confidence in a safe, uplifting community. Through circle-time discussions, creative activities, and self-reflection exercises, girls will explore important themes like self-love, emotional intelligence, leadership, and mindfulness—all while having fun and making new friendships.
Girls will learn:
Develop a positive mindset and build self-confidence
Cultivate emotional awareness and learn how to navigate feelings
Express themselves through creative activities & journaling
Feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe and inspiring space
A Journey of Self-Discovery:
Each girl will receive a beautifully designed workbook, a personal storybook that captures her journey throughout the program. Inside, she’ll find engaging prompts, exercises, and activities that encourage self-reflection and personal growth.
Girls will learn:

Your daughter has big dreams. This workshop helps her set goals so she can bring them to life! Through goal-setting, creative exercises, and vision planning, she’ll learn that no dream is too big and no step is too small. She’ll walk away with a clear, exciting path forward and the confidence to make things happen!

Emotionally Empowered
Emotions can feel big, but learning how to navigate them is a superpower! In this workshop, your daughter will explore her feelings, discover what brings her joy, and gain tools to express herself with confidence and grace. Through creative activities and group discussions, she’ll learn how to turn self-awareness into strength and embrace her emotions in a healthy, empowering way.

Self Love & Confidence
Your daughter is brilliant, beautiful, and enough—just as she is. This workshop helps her see that. She’ll explore what makes her unique, build a positive self-image, and practice confidence-building tools to quiet self-doubt and replace it with self-love and unshakable belief in herself.

Intuition & Finding Your Voice Your daughter already holds the answers, this workshop helps her trust them. She’ll explore her inner wisdom, core values, and unique voice, learning that the best guidance often comes from within. Through interactive exercises, The goal is that she will walk away with a deep appreciation for her intuition and make decisions that align with who she truly is.

Hi, I’m Shannon, the creator of Made of Stars Studios and a certified Girlife Coach passionate about empowering the next generation to embrace their magic, trust themselves, and step into their confidence.
Through my own journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and education, I found empowerment through mindfulness and magic, all the things I now share with children, teens, and families through workshops, programs, events, and journals.
GirlStory was born from the belief that every girl is the writer and star of her own story, and that when she’s given the tools to understand herself, trust her voice, and dream big, she will shine in ways she never imagined.
It’s an honor to hold space for your daughter, to help her grow, connect, and realize how powerful she truly is.
